Water Baby

Rocco has had four swimming lessons and two still to go. He loves it and splashes and smiles the whole time. He loves going down the slide and understand to close his eyes before going under. Just this last Saturday, Jared said he was holding his breathe right before he goes under.

Swimming is a Shelley family favorite. We grew up on water ski trips that started in the days of learning to walk. We all love the water and my sister Stephanie swam the lake at girls camp and received the most times from shore to shore. If I remember correctly, I think it was around 7 times. That is not 7 laps, but 7 laps shore to shore. I remember all of us girls swimming that lake at 6 in the morning before breakfast.
