On The 12th Day of Christmas...

Santa delivered a room full of family and presents to share.

On the 11th Day of Christmas...

Rocco starts with gifts from the Milazzo's that sure do deliver. The night ends with hot chocolate and cookies for santa but only for true believers. 

On the 10th Day of Christmas...

Rocco sits on Santa's lap for the first time and tell him of all the gifts he would like for Christmas. Santa says, what would you like and Rocco replies, "Everything!"

On the 9th Day of Christmas...

Rocco (secretly) opens a gift a little early from Grandma Shelley. She knows just want he likes and combines them into magic. A clock and a train that whistles just like a magic steamy.

On the 8th Day of Christmas...

We take a walk on the beach under the colorful sky that teaches us to be thankful for the beautiful place we call home.

On the 7th Day of Christmas...

Rocco eats a candy cane in the company of the nutcrackers but they don't tell a word of the presents below although he keeps asking to open just one.

On the 6th Day of Christmas...

We ride the train to Christmas town that brings wonderful smiles and adventure to town. Rocco spends most the ride with his cheeks against the glass and such wonder in his eyes. Dreams of riding the Iowa Pacific are made and visions of pistons danced in his head. ( although yes Mom knows by now this is a diesel and only steam engines have pistons.)

On the 5th Day of Christmas...

A new ornament is made to symbolize special moments that Rocco has made. This will continue and grow as he does, for a new Christmas tradition will adorn his first tree. 

On the 4th Day of Christmas....

Rocco fills a house with icing and candy all about. His eyes bright and his mouth waters from that start, can this be a gingerbread house?



On the 3rd Day of Christmas...

The mailman delivers a card filled with music that sure does deliver. Never before had his ears heard a card sing and deliver so much Christmas cheer. 

On the 2nd Day of Christmas...

Rocco writes his letter to Santa that tells him of all his good deeds followed by a list of trains he would like to receive since he has been a good boy.

On the 1st Day of Christmas...

On the first day of Christmas, Rocco rings in the Christmas spirit by hanging ornaments on the tree that are sure the bring fun memories.
