Cutting the Christmas Tree

It was raining and foggy but that didn't stop us from getting our tree. We took Grandpa with us and went on the hunt for the perfect tree. Rocco enjoyed hunting it out and selecting it. Grandpa looks some pictures for us because we were determined to get a picture for our Christmas card.

We didn't stay that long due to the cold, but it was all worth it. Especially for the memories and getting a family picture for our card. :)

Setting Up Christmas

Thomas was over and helped us set up Christmas. One of my favorite things is when Rocco listens to the Night Before Christmas book narrated by Grandma.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was filled with fun games and lots of smiles. We went around the table and said three things we are thankful for. I loved Rocco's list, it just kept going and going.

SF Zoo

Rocco and I went to the Zoo with Kathi and Dezmond. These boys loved to explore the map and what spots we were going to visit next. They hadn't seen each other in about a year, but that didn't stop them from jumping right in and playing. The animals on the other hand were not playing. Most of them were sleeping. Except for the loud monkeys. We had a great time exploring.

Beach Life

Nurf Wars

This is the neighborhood crew. Also known as the Nurf War crew. Surprisingly Rocco has a bow and arrow in this shot. But some crew members always use swords. It is fun to watch them all play together. Rocco is the youngest crew member.

Weekend Moments

Low tides and dinner with the neighbors. Life is beautiful.

Learn Monkey Bars - Check

Rocco has learned the monkey bars. He was so excited to show me after school. This is a big moment in a kids life. I just loved this moment.

Then we went exploring in this small little area that we pass by everyday to school. It was a perfect time to snap some pictures of this cutie.

Baby Animals

Mimi and Pop got a new sweet puppy. They named him Briggs. He is just so gentle and cute. As you know, Rocco loves dog kisses, so he was happy to have love from Briggs and Briggs was happy to have love from Rocco.

We found a baby snake in our backyard. Snakes, no thanks. But Rocco enjoyed holding it.
